YOUR SITE: To avoid congestion, only one (1) camping unit and (1) car is allowed per site. Please keep your site free of all debris. No ground fires are allowed. No laundry lines are permitted. Please catch all gray water. Proper sewer connectors are required. 2. POOL & SPA: Observe all posted rules. Please shower before entering. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult. 3. PARENTS: Please supervise your children at all times. 4. PET OWNERS: Keep your pet on a leash and quiet at all times. Do not leave your pet in camp unattended. Walk your pet in our dog walk area or outside the park. Pet waste bags are available. Clean up after your pet. 5. SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH throughout the park - WATCH FOR CHILDREN 6. MOTORCYCLES: Motorcycles or motorbikes are not to be ridden within the park except to and from your site. 7. Persons visiting registered campers must register at office and leave by 10 PM. Those visitors desiring to use the pool or spa must register first and will be charged a fee. 8. TRASH: Please place all trash in the nearest receptacle or recycling containers. Please recycle all newspapers, aluminum and glass in the recycling containers located by the trash receptacle. No littering, including cigarette butts. 9. CAMPFIRES:  Community fire ring available with wood provided.  Portable fire pit rentals are available for campsite fire. 10. No disorderly conduct, obscene language, drunkenness or disturbing noise will be allowed.  Fireworks are prohibited. 11. No cutting of trees, bushes or ditching. No defacing, destruction or misuse of property. 12. No washing of dishes or clothing in restrooms. No washing of RV units on sites. 13. QUIET TIME: From 10 PM until 7 AM. No unnecessary noise will be permitted. This is privately owned property. We reserve the right to select clientele and guests. We also reserve the right to evict, without prior notice, anyone who is in violation of our guidelines. No refund of fee will be made in such an event. We will not be responsible for accidents, injury or loss of property of any kind. We require a $25 deposit or credit card number and a 48-hour notice of cancellation.
